I have been trying arms in just about every variation I can think of. Arms extended to the sides (palms forward), arms down and back (palms back), gomukhasana pose arms, hands at hips, hands at opposite elbows behind the back, fingers laced together behind the back. I really love them all. I am going to take pictures and write about them in a post too.
