Deeply explore one yoga pose each month
Are you really in Sukhasana? Shins need to be parallel with feet hidden under opposite knee.
Sit in the pose for a long time – 5-10 minutes. What comes up?
Compare being on a lift and not. What changes?
How is this pose different from Siddhasana? Compare the two. When would one be more appropriate than the other?

My biggest challenge has always been a feeling of confinement. I realized that I was not going all the way into it. I was holding myself back - hence, feeling confined. I have a very flexible back so I can go quite far into it - when I do, I feel the freedom.
My biggest challenge was initially the strength (lack of) in my back. This made it very difficult to feel any opening in my chest. My back is stronger but I am still challenged with feeling the openness I would like.
My biggest challenge is getting more deeply into the pose. For some reason, I am stuck at the same place in the pose I have been in for years and years.
